Brand New parts are parts which we directly buy from an OEM, an authorized distributor for an OEM, or from a manufacturer’s representative. Average delivery for such parts is 7 to 15 days (Note that the delivery may vary depending on product availability.). Same day shipments are available for items which are in stock, and/or if they are available from the OEM. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

New Surplus parts are parts which we have purchased from unauthorized distributors or from the general marketplace. All items are new and never have been used. Some of the parts may or may not be in the original manufacturer packaging, may be discolored, or an older series or style than what is manufactured today. All parts have been tested and cleaned thoroughly. All parts are covered by our standard one year warranty. Note that Surplus parts may not come with original manufacturer manuals, prints, or accessories which may with Brand New items.
